The COVID-19 pandemic has been an exceedingly difficult challenge that all of humanity is currently experiencing. Dr. Sejal Prajapati has adapted her program, Commit to You, to be a resource to help people develop resiliency during this crisis. In Commit to You, participants are guided to intentionally live their lives by becoming actively involved in doing what is important to them. In the program, their value-based behavioral change is supported by the development of various skills based on self-compassion, values clarification, and daily goal setting.

The goals of Commit to You Adapted for COVID-19 are as follows:

  • Develop the self-compassion skills to support oneself

  • Cope with difficult internal experiences (anxiety, sadness, stress, and etc)

  • Intentionally approach life amidst this crisis
